Pre-College Housing

High school aged artists enrolled in our pre-college program this summer may stay in ArtHouse, PNCA's student housing facility just blocks from our main campus building. This contemporary building featuring furnished apartment units provides students with the ultimate college experience: it's in the center of Portland's gallery district and has a supportive Residence Life program with round-the-clock Resident Advisors. Our RA's also offer windows of time on check-in/out days to meet students at the airport/train station to guide them to and from ArtHouse. Students staying here can reach campus in less than five minutes on foot.

We have space for 22 students during our summer intensives. We are careful to pair roommates and flatmates with those of the same gender expression and, as possible, lifestyle profiles such as dietary restrictions. Once you have signed up for the intensive week(s) of your choice, you may apply for housing by emailing ce@pnca.edu, and we'll set up a time to get to know your student.

Price includes breakfast and snack items and dinner. Students arrange for their own lunches.
